[Open Office] java wizards not working

Same problem as for Java component registration probably. Have you tried
with a different JVM ?
The sun java 1.6RC seems to work with OO on x86_64 (1.5 does not).
If you disabled the java component registration at installation time, I
guess some (required ?) java stuff is missing in the registry
(services.rdb).
