[Open Office] ./configure --with-distro is mandatory now

Hi,

I cleaned up the NLD/SUSE configuration in ooo-build, see  
ooo-build/doc/novell-configuration.txt for more details. It was necessary to 
select a new default distro. We decided that there is no reasonable default, 
so I removed it at all and the --with-distro option is mandatory now.

I hope that it is OK for all.
