[Open Office] parallel building fails...

Hi, I tried to build either m154 and m155 using parallel building (SMP/no icecream), but it 
fails on sc module.

The latest lines of error are here, for m154:

I tried to add the following patch:

but it didn't help, as building m155 (with just 2 languages this time), it gives the
same error:

Is there a way to fix the broken dependencies?
