The log doesn't include the actual error which would have been way above
in the log, i.e. searching for "error:" backwards. And likely not from
the makefile.mk in sc/util but in some other sc directory.

But for parallel building I'd make sure to first apply the contents of
workspace "dmake43p01" which contains some fixes to dmake which get
around some bugs which had bizarre results with parallel dmaking in the
past.
