The fix was initially for 2.0 ooo-build only (so stable branch), and thus
for not messing things up, it was only experimental on a per-distro basis
(there was a thread on this mailing list some month ago about this problem).
Then the fix was moved also to HEAD's ooo-build, but we forgot to move to a 
common section so that everyone could benefict of it. Anyway if no one is 
against it, for me it's OK to move to the common BuildBits section.

Note that there is already a report (and the patch posted) for it
at http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=54730
