This was reported at issue 61361. The solution might be similar to issue 38974 adapted for your java.

Meanhwile for upstream build system the build can be continued this way:
cd instsetoo_native
build --since testtools
Because of time zones you will mostly get much faster answers if you search
issuezilla before asking on the mailing lists. Also subscribe to the
upstream mailing lists. At least dev at tools, dev at porting and dev at openoffice
And lurk on the freenode IRC #openoffice.org
By the way what is your java -version ?
