[Open Office] New desktop files

Hi,

I have replaced the old desktop files in ooo-build, finally. The new ones are 
comforming with the Desktop Entry Specification defined by freedesktop.org. 
Especially, the new desktop files fix the keys: Name, GenericName, Comment, 
and Category.
