Hi guys,

	So - just looking at the changes to this patch (which it seems was
breaking the gallery too) - it seems the main substance of the change
has been eviscerated - and yet we have the patch left in there doing
almost nothing ;-)

	ie. almost the entire point of the patch was to stop us doing a
FileStatusMask_LinkTargetURL or FileURL call on every file we look at:
particularly when we're not going to use the results. These cause a
flood of disk I/O vs. a simple readdir() - statting the file, lstatting
the file, doing all manner of slow & painful things.

	So - my question is: what is actually wrong with the old patch - ie.
rev 1.1 ? current HEAD looks pretty useless.

	Presumably people were asking for just the 'Title' property - in which
case, surely just returning the readdir name is fine ? it'd be really
helpful if we could lay-out the exact problem & find a better solution.

	[ oh, and sorry for breaking so much with 1 patch ;-].
