	Grief - yes, what a shoddy job I did :-(

	So - the API call is however irredeemably bad, the '&isRegular' infers
a mandatory stat; so - the whole concept is mangled here.

	Not clear what can be done - short of going back and re-writing the
code that uses the UCB I guess; bother; I'll have to unwind that again.
