[Open Office] .desktop.in files untranslatable

In the recent change to the .desktop.in files in desktop/ in HEAD the
Name, GenericName and Comment entries where not marked as translatable.

In the following patch I have removed the translations from
the .desktop.in files, marked the correct items as translatable.  I've
also added a Makefile rule to remove the generated .desktop files during
a make clean.
