[Open Office] .desktop.in files untranslatable

But then throwing them in without a translator looking at them is also a
bad idea.  I assume these translations were pulled from the OOo tree and
thus the translations have come through the OOo process and are good?

I did that, attached is a diff (desktop-file-migration-results.diff)
which shows that all the translations are preserved (German [de] shifts
to alphabetical order and I deleted English [en] which was redundant).

The spinoff however is that I have a number of new PO files that need to
be added to CVS :).  All other PO files have been updated.

I have also attached a .bz2 of the actual diff.
