[Open Office] Evo. patches & the recent milestones

Hi,

I noticed that some of the Evolution patches were disabled in ~m146, and never 
ported for the more recent milestones.  Any volunteer to fix this, 
please? ;-)

I am talking about:

wizard-evo-local.diff
evo-const-crash.diff
evoab-select-column.diff

I did not look at them at all, so maybe the necessary changes are trivial; but 
maybe not.
