Thanks for the interesting link event if it's not doing what I want.

I also found this:

I don't understand if it's intended to add hinting support also for canvas
or only for widgets.

By the way, what is the status of Cairo integration with Writer? As far as
I know it is (was?) intended only for Impress.
Cairo should bring fontconfig support for OOo should it? ;-)

I'm just building with --enable-cairo so I probably will see soon ..
