You don't need that. Just use the up-to-date config.* which already is
in the cws (although maybe not in caolans patch which is quite a bit old
afaik)
Otherwise: Should be OK. Debian's already is using it for its "dmake"
package (with the config.* update).

Not exactly true. If you'd have listened to what I said I only answered
to your statement that OOo only builds for you with the internal xt.jars
etc. If the stuff does work fine with external xt jar (means: martinks
patch, jaxpapi, etc) I am completely fine with this stuff (we already
use xerces, xalan, hsqldb, etc internally already)
