[Open Office] patch sc-save-password-minlength.diff updated to m177

Hi all,

The encryption in the PDF export filter is a feature available
starting from m177.

The password dialog used there is the one I was suggested to use, the
same the subject patch refers to.

I've updated the patch to reflect the fact that in PDF Encryption a
zero length password is permitted.
It is attached to the message.

It simply makes the added string hidden while the minimum length is
updated in method SfxPasswordDialog::SetMinLen, shown otherways.

It is called from filter/source/pdf/impdialog.cxx.

Can someone have a look ?
