But these two diff files are used on all platforms, so this is not the
right way to fix the problem. The right way is presumably to move some
other diff(s), that these diffs assume have been applied, to a set that
is applied on all platforms, even if they as such aren't needed on
Win32.

It's related to attempts to avoid having to run ./bootstrap manually.
I'm not sure what the current state of that is, just came back from
vacation, and working on making ooo-build-2-0-3 build on Win32 (and I
indeed have came across the problems with intros-scp2.diff and
system-lpsolve-config_office.diff). Quite possibly the
--enable-check-only can be removed.
