[Open Office] Make it language depended - ask for help

Dear Hackers!

Could you be as kind to check two of our issue. They are about 
localization. As you probably know the auto caption feature is not 
licalizable. So everybody have to use "Figure n" form. This looks ugly 
for example in Hungarian. We use n. figure (n. ábra) form. We have a 
basic patch that loclize the autocaption, but it is wrong if you want to 
write English text. Please help out us with a patch that make the 
autocaption behavior language depended.

Another of our issues connected with font preview window. We want to 
show language depended pangramma istead of font name in font preview 
window. We have a basic patch again here 
(http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=61008) but this is an 
only language solution again. I started to export this string to sdf 
facility, but my tries are failed. I occured a build system breake - 
with casting error. I can post my patch here, but I am sure you have a 
better solution, because I am not a programmer :o(
