[Open Office] m166 and libcairo 1.0.2

Anyone know what is the right way of using the internal cairo 1.0.2 library (i.e.
when the system-wide library is < 1.0.2). E.g. in this case, of configure argument:

--enable-cairo
--without-system-cairo

doesn't work. On the other hand adding archives cairo-1.0.2.tar.gz and
glitz-0.4.3.tar.gz into src/ of ooo-build dir, doesn't work too
because the configure always check using pkgconfig that system wide cairo
version is >= 1.0.2, ignoring to build an internal version. In other
words --enable-cairo consider that system-cairo is implicit. Ditto
when using --disable-cairo. Is there some other way?
