[Open Office] [PATCH] workaround for i#65026

at the moment i use this extremely ugly patch to work around the
mentioned issue. since there isn't any better workaround then i think
it's better to include it in ooo-build, then others don't have to
create their own workarounds

i know, still an ugly hack, but it seems to be not Frugalware-specific,
Rene has such problems on Debian64, too. so please include it, it's
enabled only for Frugalware[64] only, so it should not hurt others
