[Open Office] VBA and MONO patches on windows

Which patches? Those in the VBABits, VBAObjects and Mono sections in the
'apply' file?

As you can see from the 'apply' file, only the VBABits section is used
on Windows (it is in the Common list), the VBAObjects and Mono sections
are in LinuxCommon. I can't say whether that's on purpose. Maybe
VBAObjects could well be in Common. 

About the Mono section, I doubt it would make sense to enable it as such
on Windows, probably would be much better to have corresponding patches
for Win32 that would be for .NET? Does what I am saying make any sense?
