[Open Office] ooe680-m2 -- 2 more patches need porting

Hi,
I've patched ooo-build to deal with ooe680-m2, all the patches apply now in 
the Ark config.

I've had to temporarily disable 2 patches:

i18npool-chinese-char-dic.diff (doesn't apply, doesn't seem to be merged, but 
it's impossible for someone with very limited knowledge of Chinese to figure 
out what should be in)

xmlhelp-port-to-db-4.4.diff (looks like a rather huge change in the Db API got 
in just before ooe680 - adjusting the patch will take some time (and 
preferrably better knowledge of the way OOo deals with db than mine)).

I'm running a build now and will fix build issues as they show up.
