[Open Office] ooe680-m2 -- 2 more patches need porting

At least for me (who am working on a src680-m188 milestone, which the
apply file claims is still supported) the patches are now all screwed
up. It tries to apply both the -m1 and non-m1 ones. Apparently if you
are building a src680-m* style milestone, the ooo-build mechanism has no
way of knowing how the oo?680-m* milestones compare in age to this, so
all the tests for ooe680-m? in the apply file succeed. Great fun.
Apparently I need to manually comment out all the post-ooe680-m1 patches
from the apply file? Or wait, I guess the correct thing is to have two
separate tests for both style tags, like the:

[ TemporaryHacks < src680-m190 < ooe680-m1 ]
 
that is already in the apply file?
