[Open Office] Mono Bindings on Windows

What do I need to do to get the Mono Bindings working
on Windows?  

What sources do I to download and what patches do I
get?

Using these bindings on mono on windows would allow
for easy testing of compatibility of applications
running on .net on windows.  This would help with
trying to make the mono bindings self-hosted on mono. 
Currently, the mono bindings on linux requires certain
DLLs from the Windows build in order make the mono
bindings.

Also, would it be possible to move the mono bindings
to an outside project hosted elsewhere instead of as
patches to ooo-build?  I have a feeling that
openoffice.org/sun will never accept ooo patches which
have mono bindings. 

These things would allow others to more easily
contribute to the mono bindings for their platform.
