Well, the new mono started to require exactly the same versions of the .dlls 
that are defined in cli_ure/version/version.txt. This is why I moved 
the .dlls to the MWS dependent directory.

Kendy has already copied the .dlls for OOE680.

I wanted to prepeare a better solution with a version check in configune... 
Though, it won't be necessary because Radek is porting the sources for mono, 
so we should be able to rebuild the .dlls during the normal build on Linux 
soon.
