[Open Office] ooo-build-2-0-4: Branch for the 2.0.4 release

Hi,

I've tagged & branched ooo-build for the 2.0.4 release.

ooo-build-2-0-4 - the branch
OOO-BUILD-2-0-4-ANCHOR - the anchor tag

Please use it for safe commits only. Do not add features if possible. Of 
course, bugfixes should go both to HEAD and to ooo-build-2-0-4 branch.

HEAD is open for the OOo-2.1 developent again.
