[Open Office] Trying to make sense out of unopkg errors

Hi,

I am trying to understand the error in this case:

zemberek.zip can be downloaded from

Does anyone have any idea what this error might be saying? The package worked 
fine with OO 2.0.{0,1,2} but seems to be broken upwards.
