[Open Office] HEAD updated to m188

Hi,

I've updated HEAD to m188.

Radek: Could you please update session-management.diff to m188?  The code has 
changed a lot, and you are marked as the maintainer of the patch ;-)  Just 
update session-management.diff and enable it again in the apply file, please.

Michael: Please, are you happy with the fix of i#68904 that went finally in?  
I set size-vcl-gcache.diff as not necessary for m188 (marked as fixed in IZ), 
but the patch differs from what went to HEAD in the end, so to be sure...

BTW, what do you think of not updating HEAD to every milestone that comes, but 
just to even ones/divisible by 3/by 4?
