[Open Office] CLI Bridge (.net/C# bindings) with Mono not working - causes SIGSEGV in bootstrap

The CLI Bridge works with Microsoft .NET Framework
1.1.

With Mono, the CLI Bridge fails with a SIGSEGV in
uno.util.Bootstrap.bootstrap().

Any ideas on how to resolve this please?

A bug was added to Mono's bug tracking system Bugzilla
as bug 79731.  However, a mono developer said that the
open office.org developers need to be contacted about
the mono bridge.  

How do I contact these developers?  Is there a bug
tracking system somewhere for open office.org?
