[Open Office] Windows build cycle

Hallo all,

I'll try to focus on Windows patch & build & install & test cycle,
because it's nightmare if you want to develop new feature for
Windows only. When I compare this cycle to cycle on Linux, it's
horrible and I cry, cry and cry ...

Please, anyone who is building OpenOffice.org for Windows, can you
send me your tip & tricks & hacks for cycle speed-up?
