[Open Office] VBA patches

Hi!

I would like to build my OOo with VBA support.
Are there string to translate related to VBA support?
Is it enoug to apply diff files from: http://www.go-oo.org/patches/vba/
Can you make archive files for specific releases. For example archive 
for final 2.0.4 (when available)...
