[Open Office] Localization tools used for GNOME packages

Hi Vojta,

I have asked Standa Brabec (our GNOME package maintainer) how they solve the 
extra strings translation in GNOME. Standa has created some powerful scripts 
for this purpose, see the attached files.

I think that you can take some inspiration in them.

I am not sure if I understand it correctly. I think that it works the 
following way:

1. extract strings from non-patched sources (gnome-patch-translation-prepare)
2. apply patches
3. update strings from already existing extra .po files (from previous 
translation round); extract the strings again; search for differences against 
the non-patched sources (gnome-patch-translation-update).

The updating from already existing .po files is a nice idea because you need 
to find fuzzy strings during this step. 

4. Send the new .po files with fuzzy and non-translated strings to 
translators.

5. Get the translated .po files, ...


The steps 1.-3. are done using the tools in the RPM page 
gnome-patch-translation.

The steps 4.-5. are done using the tools in gnome-patch-translation.tar.gz 
(taken from https://svn.suse.de/svn/lcn/trunk/gnome-patch-translation). I am 
not sure. I think that they are necessary only to maintain strings from many 
packages, so we could probably ignore them.


Well, I think that we could use similar workflow. I would only make it 
optional because we cannot extract strings during normal build (too time 
demanding). We also need to extract the strings another way, ... I know that 
Pavel Janik has some tools to transform GSI files into .po file and back.
