[Open Office] Problems with go-ooo builds

Hi list!
The cause for Impress' segfault lays in STLport-5.x usage.

In sd/source/ui/toolpanel/controls/MasterPageObserver.cxx one destructor tries
to erase an entry from a hashmap. I did not have a closer look. Just added a check
that, at least, hides the segfault. See attached patch.
