You kind of have to keep to ~/.ooo2.0 until (if ever) upstream changes
the home dir ~/. and adds a new migration thing.

For /usr/lib/foo I guess it doesn't really matter, but perhaps everyone
should simply move to /usr/lib/openoffice.org and stick with that
regardless of later version changes. That way various hacky utilities
could find the distro OOo install location regardless of the distro or
future version of OOo.
