[Open Office] autoreconf: aclocal-1.9: cannot open > aclocal.m4: Permission denied

Chmod did the work, but now I have more problems here:

autoreconf
configure.in:641: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_MSG_ERROR

configure.in:1559: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_CHECK_HEADER
configure.in:1577: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_CHECK_LIB
autoreconf-2.61: /usr/bin/autoconf-2.61 failed with exit status: 1

How can I resolve it?
