[Open Office] New files to ./download

Hello, I just backported into ooo-build two CWS:
* fs08 containing many stability fixes for libwpd and writerperfect
* wpsimport01 adding http://libwps.sf.net based Micro$oft Works Import 
filter into ooo-build.

The addition means that ./download will look for two additional files:
libwpd-0.8.8.tar.gz and libwps-0.1.0~svn20070129.tar.gz.

For those distro builders that do not use ./download and that do not 
have the above-mentioned libraries as system libraries, please be warned :-)

You are free to yeal at me in IRC if it is broke. You can also fix it if 
you feel like :-)
