[Open Office] action required or vba will break your build

Hi,
I have added some new changes to ooo-build ( trunk only ), if you update
an existing ( m211 ) build the patch apply phase will break unless you
do one of the following 

either
  a) rerun autogen.sh
or
  b) run the following commands manually..

      ooo-build/bin/cvs-tags-normalize
ooo-build/build//src680-m211/oovbaapi/org/openoffice/vba/*

      ooo-build/bin/cvs-tags-normalize
ooo-build/build//src680-m211/oovbaapi/org/openoffice/excel/*
