[Cocoa-sharp] Volunteering for Dumentation (Dave Jewell)

Well the current Wiki is rough to say the least.  I ought to know,  
I'm the one that hosts it :-).

It will not hurt my feelings if someone takes over, since my own  
usage and interesting mono / c# is more or less stalled as my work  
has been forced elsewhere (thanks Microsoft for the utter and  
complete ClusterF**& that is CAS).
