[Cocoa-sharp] Setting the App Menu Title using Xcode

All,

I'm using the Mono Xcode plugin to develop my tutorials and the it so far is
really great. The only thing that is driving me CRAZY is that when I use the
Xcode CocoaSharp Project Wizard: Its hardcodes the title 'mono' for the app.
I have searched and searched and dug and dug and I CANNOT find how the
change this to >>my<< applications actual title.

Please...as anyone cracked this nut????
