[Cocoa-sharp] Setting the App Menu Title using Xcode

Ryan,

It works. I navigated to the \build\Release directory and found my
LetterCounter.app. When I double-clicked on it, the application's menu title
was......"LetterCounter". Yeah.

Thanks for your help on this and the the Xcode plugin. It works great.
