[Cocoa-sharp] Create a new form and attach events...

Hi "list":

I'm trying to open a new window (a form) and attach events.
I want to migrate a .NET project into OS X.
I've tried the XCode plug in, but I've not been able to access the IB  
window as a C# form in order to attach mouse events...
I do not know how to include forms like:

	using System.Windows.Forms;

Is there any easy way? a tutorial? or is there any generous soul who  
could guide me in this process?
