[Cocoa-sharp] New Video Tutorial for CocoaSharp Beginners

Big thanks for this Todd!

I just took a preliminary look at it and it looks like just what is needed.

I've followed some of Apple's tutorials on Interface Builder before  
now and I have to say that it can be awkward sometimes following text  
and pictures wandering if you have done what they meant you to.

Even without sound seeing exactly what you mean is excellent - i  
assume the lack of sound was intentional and not something messed up  
at my end?

I think it will be good not just for mono / cocoa# but also for xcode  
/ interface builder in general!
