[Cocoa-sharp] Move CSharpPlugin to Google Code?

Hi all,

I am thinking of moving the CSharpPlugin for Xcode to Google Code. That
way, we can manage contributors and releases. I would like to create a
release, but that is problematic without using Google Code or Sourceforge.
Any thoughts?
