Dave,

Thanks for you input. I can now understand the frustration in that long
email change that was previously on this mailing list.  There are at least 3
hoops that you are recommending me jump thru.....and then I cross my
fingers.

You mention: Once you've created your bug, you can then attach your patches
to it and tell others where to find it.

Who are these 'others' that you speak of?
