[Cocoa-sharp] Color.cs patch

Hello,

     If the maintainers of Cocoa# are OK with the idea, I would love to
give active members direct SVN commit access.  

     Am not sure that using Bugzilla is the most efficient thing to do
with a framework that is still evolving.
