[Cocoa-sharp] Color.cs patch

As an alternative, I started up a cocoa-sharp-dev project over at Google
Code. I have already uploaded the CSharpPlugin code so I could more easily
do a release. This is in conjuction with Todd's creation of the
coacoa-sharp-dev Google Group. Maybe we could move the Cocoa# project over
there instead.
