[Cocoa-sharp] Color.cs patch

I would like to request access to the svn please. I'm currently converting
this tutorial from Apple to a CocoaSharp app:

During the creation of this tutorial, I've need to add several additional
classes:
  - Event.cs
  - Cursor.cs
  - Font.cs

As well as added new functions to existing classes:
  - View
  - Rect

And I still have a little bit to go...I'm struggling with one particular
function right now...but I'll put that in my next post.

So, using this Test Driven approach I'm also insure that I'm not indirectly
breaking things as well.
