[Cocoa-sharp] Images in Toolbars

Hi,

i was wondering: has anyone managed to get image resources to work with 
toolbars in a leopard Cocoa# app? What i'm doing is macpacking my images 
  in the Resources folder of my .app (i tried png and tiff) and using 
the name in the Image Name of the NSToolbarImageItem (as the IB3 docs on 
deveoper.apple.com suggest) – yet all i get at runtime is a "image not 
found" message in the Console, and an empty toolbar button.

any ideas? has anyone tried this, and had any success?
