[Cocoa-sharp] Getting Started on my iMac with HelloWorld

Thanks Geoff, changing the Text Editor preferences from "Use default
monospace font" to "Use default sans-serif font" fixed the formatting
issue.

I am however still unable to compile the supplied MainClass with
"Hello World".  Any ideas?  Here is another screenshot:
