[Cocoa-sharp] license

Hello Geoff. 

I can see cocoa-sharp, objc-sharp, and objc2-sharp in the mono svn trees, 
but I do not see cocoa2-sharp.  Can you point me to where cocoa2-sharp might 
be? 

Of the ones that are in svn, what are the licenses?  The source files do not 
seem to say.
