[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop Installation & Configuration Help

Yep, I used the synaptic tool and was able to achieve an installation of
that version that worked. It still bothers me that I can't install the
latest mono toolkit and everything "JUST WORK!".
This is an awesome group and I greatly appreciate the help.
